Russel Metals Settles Union Contract in British Columbia

Russel Metals Inc. (TSX: RUS) today announced that the Company and
the United Steelworkers concluded their negotiations for the
renewal of the collective agreement and the employees have ratified
a five year contract to January 2014. This contract covers
employees at five plants in British Columbia.
