("Everlube Products") for approximately $6.4 million. Everlube Products will operate as part of the Metal Treatment segment of Curtiss-Wright Corporation. Everlube Products is a pioneer and leader in manufacturing solid film lubricant (SFL) and other specialty engineered coatings with more than 180 formulations available.
