On February 15, 2024, Fred L. Holliger, a director of Murphy USA Inc. since August 2013, member of the Executive Compensation Committee and member of the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors, informed the Board that he would retire as a director effective at the 2024 annual meeting of shareholders.

Murphy USA Inc. Announces Dividend Increase

EL DORADO, Arkansas, February 15, 2024 – The Board of Directors of Murphy USA Inc. (NYSE: MUSA) today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Common Stock of Murphy USA Inc. of $0.42 per share, or $1.68 per share on an annualized basis, reflecting a 2.4% increase from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on March 7, 2024, to stockholders of record as of February 26, 2024.

The majority of Murphy USA's stores are located in close proximity to Walmart Supercenters.
