Bond Issuance

 

Rio de Janeiro, September 2, 2024, Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A - Eletrobras informs that on September 1, 2024, its Board of Directors approved the issuance of bonds in the international markets, the proceeds of which will be used for refinance of the Company's debts.

 

The terms and conditions of the issuance of the bonds will be defined in due course and are subject to market conditions. The Company will disclose, by mean of a relevant fact, the definitive terms and conditions related to the issuance of the Bonds in due course.

 

The minutes of the meeting of Board of Directors approving the issuance are held at the Company's headquarters and are available for consultation on the websites of the CVM (www.gov.br/cvm) and the Eletrobras (https://ri.eletrobras.com/).
