ABB Ltd. said Monday that it has postponed the listing of its e-mobility business due to tough market conditions.

The German technology company said its plans to proceed with the initial public offering in the second quarter had been challenged by recent market conditions.

"Consequently, ABB is monitoring market conditions and is fully committed to proceed with a listing of the business on the SIX Swiss Exchange as and when market conditions are constructive," it said.
