Northwest Airlines Reports April Traffic EAGAN, Minn., May 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Northwest Airlines (NASDAQ:NWAC) today announced a systemwide April load factor of 81.2 percent, 1.0 point above April 2004. Northwest flew 6.34 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs) and 7.81 billion available seat miles in April 2005, a traffic increase of 8.2 percent and a capacity increase of 6.9 percent versus April 2004.
