She comes to EagleBank from Cardinal Bank, McLean, VA, where she served as Director of Marketing for three years. Prior to Cardinal, Shaw served as VP of Advertising and Public Relations for Farmers & Mechanics Bank (now Mercantile) in Frederick, MD, for five years.
