NEW YORK, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Seneca Foods Corp.
(Nasdaq: SENEA) will replace ATC Technology Corp. (Nasdaq: ATAC) in
the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on
Friday, October 22. Genco
Holdings is acquiring ATC Technology in a deal expected to close on
or about that date, pending final approvals.
