Following the announcement made by the Company on 22 September 2006, it has been
informed  that although Mr John C Green disposed of 875,000 Ordinary  Shares  in
the  Company  as previously announced, 625,000 of those shares were  sold  to  a
family trust of which Mr Green is a beneficiary.

As  such,  although Mr Green's personal share holding in the  Company  has  been
reduced  to  4,125,000  Ordinary Shares (representing a 5.35%  interest  in  the
issued  share  capital  of  the  Company),his beneficial  holding  is  4,750,000
Ordinary  Shares (representing a 6.16% interest in the issued share  capital  of
the Company).

The sale price for all 875,000 Ordinary Shares was 8p per share.
