                             Completion of disposal


On 12th December 2006, Strathdon announced that it had agreed to sell two wholly
owned subsidiaries to Shackleton Ventures Limited. It was noted that the sale of
one of these subsidiaries, Strathdon Finance Limited, was conditional on the
consent of the Financial Services Authority to a change in control of that
entity.

The consent of the Financial Services Authority to the change in control has now
been received and the sale of Strathdon Finance Limited has completed today.
