Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 26 February 2008 that, as of 26 February 2008, QVT
Financial LP, as investment manager for QVT Fund LP, Quintessence Fund LP and an
account managed for Deutsche Bank AG London, was interested in an aggregate
amount of 15,500,000 C shares of EUR0.25 each in the Company ("C Shares"), which
represents 6.20 per cent. of the C Shares in issue.
