Public Recruitment Group PLC (AIM:PUG) announces that at the Company's
Extraordinary General Meeting held today, the resolution was duly passed to
change the Group's name to Synarbor PLC (AIM: SYA). The name change will be
effective as soon as the requisite filings have been made.
