Public Recruitment Group PLC (the "Group" or "PRG"), the public sector
recruitment and services group specialising in the education, healthcare and
social work sectors, announces the forfeiture of share options.





Forfeiture of Options by Directors



Darren McLaney, Chief Executive Officer and Nick Williams, Group Finance
Director, have forfeited options over ordinary shares of PRG. Darren has
forfeited 521,259 options with an exercise price of 145p and Nick has forfeited
200,000 options with an exercise price of 126.5p.
