    Osprey Smaller Companies Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

    The Company announces today that it has voluntarily repaid �500,000 of the Company's outstanding loan facility with Bank of Scotland.
Following the repayment, �8,300,000 of the bank loan remains outstanding.
