17,618 ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of 141.9 pence per share.
Following this, Jonathan Thomas holds an
interest of 203,547 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately
0.23% of the current issued share capital.
