began trading Morgan Stanley, Capital-Protected Notes based upon
the S&P Midcap 400 Index. Priced at $5 with an initial offer
size of 1.63 million shares, this stock trades under the ticker
symbol MST and has a maturation date of October 30, 2010. The notes
