Interim Dividend

The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 15 pence per G share.

The interim dividend will be paid on 21 July 2017 to the G shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 30 June 2017. The G shares will be marked ex-dividend on 29 June 2017.
