      Freepages Group plc forms internet partnership with
                       Microsoft Network

Freepages  Group plc, the UK interactive consumer  information
service  operating  under  the Scoot  trading  name,  and  The
Microsoft  Network UK have formulated an internet  partnership
agreement.

Under  the  agreement Scoot has developed a  series  of  links
within  the  Microsoft  Network site enabling  users  to  move
directly  to the Scoot business finder service to  search  for
relevant  business information.  On completion of  the  search
the Microsoft Network user will be able to, through the use of
links, return to the Microsoft Network site.

Scoot  will gain from the added exposure the Microsoft Network
traffic  will  generate.  Microsoft Network will benefit  from
giving  its users further added value through targeted  access
to  Scoots unique searchable database of 2.2 million business
records.    The   agreement  marks  the  first  step   towards
developing  a  range  of  additional  initiatives   for   both
businesses.

Commenting  on  the  agreement:   Oliver  Roll,  UK  Marketing
Manager for the Microsoft Network said: "Our strategy for  the
new  portal  msn.co.uk  is  to provide  users  with  the  best
starting  point  for their Internet experience.  Working  with

the  Internet  invaluable and msn.co.uk,  with  our  partners,
