                               Loan Renegotiation

Related Party Transaction

Feedback plc is pleased to announce that the terms of a loan from Mr
T.W.G.Charlton (the "Charlton Loan"), a former Non-executive Director of the
Company, have been renegotiated.

Mr Charlton lent the Company $1,000,000 on 12th December 2003, repayable on or
before 30th April 2005 with interest at the monthly rate of 0.1%, accruing
daily.  The new terms of the agreement state that repayment shall be on 30th
September 2009, with interest at the monthly rate of 0.575%, accruing daily. The
Board considers, having consulted with Charles Stanley the Company's Nominated
Adviser, that the variation of the terms of the Charlton Loan are fair and
reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.
