The Board of European Real Estate Investment Trust Limited (the "Company") announce that with effect from 24 November 2014 Schroder Property Investment Management Limited ("SPRIM"), the Investment Manager to the Company, changed its name to Schroder Real Estate Investment Management Limited ("Schroder REIM"). The terms of the Management Agreement between the Company and Schroder REIM remain unchanged.
