purchased 33,000 ordinary shares of 1p each for cancellation representing 0.11%
of the issued share capital at a price of 88.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction the Company now has 19,879,331 ordinary shares of 1p
each and 9,093,156 'C' shares of 1p each in issue.
