Dev Property Development plc (the "Company") announces that it received
notification today in a letter dated 27 February 2008 that in accordance with
DTR 5 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency
Rules) Instrument 2006, the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation
Private Limited has a notifiable interest in 10,955,878 shares of the Company,
representing 7.939% of the Company's issued share capital. This follows a
disposal of 873,374 shares on 26 February 2008.
