The Company's capital at 30 April 2008 consists of 31,895,521
Ordinary shares of 1 pence each, 532,982 'D' Ordinary share of 1
pence each and 601,376 'E' Ordinary shares of 1 pence each.� The
Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Chrysalis VCT plc is
33,029,879.
