The Board of Crown Place VCT PLC announces that it has received approval from
H.M. Revenue & Customs to pay the 1.25 pence per share dividend (0.25 pence to
be paid out of revenue profits and 1 pence out of realised capital gains) as
detailed in the Report and Accounts for the period ended 31 December 2007 and in
the announcement of these results on 28 February 2008.



This dividend will be paid on 25 April 2008 to shareholders on the register on
28 March 2008.
