First Close of Placing

Further to the announcement of 19 February 2014, Cambria (AIM:CMB) is pleased to announce that following receipt of cleared funds relating to the subscription by institutional and other investors, 28,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company ('Shares') (the 'First Close Placing Shares') have today been issued. Issue of the First Close Placing Shares has raised gross proceeds of GBP2.10 million. Application has been made for the First Close Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 4 March

Following issue of the First Close Placing Shares, the Company will have a total of 94,749,023 ordinary shares in issue.

It is anticipated that the balance of the total number of the Placing Shares referred to in the announcement of 19 February 2014, being 4,406,139 Shares, will be issued following the second close of the placing which will take place on or before 14 March.

The Company holds zero Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of Shares with voting rights is 94,749,023, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
