The Company announces that John Milroy has resigned from the Board with 
immediate effect. 
 
Mr Milroy has resigned for personal reasons, related to other commitments and 
the time taken to travel two days a week to Wisbech. 
 
In the interim, whilst a replacement is found, Ron Pritchard, Director, will 
carry out his duties. 
 
The Company expects to release its results for the year to 31 December 2009 by 
the end of this month.
