                    BKN International AG: New Credit Facility


BKN International AG announced today that has it secured a Euro12 million credit
facility with HSBC Dusseldorf. The facility, based on a Moody's Baa1 Rating, is
for seven years and carries no security or covenants.

The interest rate is fixed for the term at 8.25% with a potential reduction to
7.75%.

The company plans on using these funds to enlarge the business and continue its
expansion and growth.
