Director Appointment
The Directors are pleased to announce that, Mr
Alexander Denny has accepted an invitation to join the Board of
Apax Global Alpha Limited (the "Company"), as a non-executive
Director and a member of its Audit Committee, with effect from 3
July 2024.
Mr Denny has over twenty years' experience in
asset management and investment trusts, covering both private and
public markets. Mr Denny spent most of his career at Fidelity
International, latterly as Head of Investment Trusts, before he
moved to become Managing Director, European Private Wealth at
Pantheon.
Mr Denny is currently Non-Executive Director of
the Association of Investment Companies (AIC), as well as a private
consultant and Head of the Investment Trust practice at Nurole,
the non-executive search firm.
Mr Denny began his career in 2003, working
initially for Fidelity's retail platform business. From 2011 he led
the development of Fidelity's brokerage platform, introducing
investment companies to it for the first time. Mr Denny is a
trustee of the Nautical Archaeology Society.
Mr Denny has no other listed company
directorships. He (or any person that may be a
connected party to Mr Denny) has no
beneficial interest in the shares of the Company at the date of
this announcement.
There are no further details required to be
disclosed pursuant to section 9.6.13 of the UKLA Listing
Rules.
