The Company has been informed that on 8th March 2005 Mr. Raymond Ranson sold
250,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company. On the 9th March 2005 Mr. Raymond Ranson
sold a further 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, reducing his beneficial
shareholding from 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 8.2% of the issued
share capital) to 8,750,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 7.2% of the issued
share capital).
