Change in minority shareholding in Thames Water

It has been announced that SAS Trustee Corporation has agreed to sell a 2.389% interest in Kemble Water Holdings Limited ("Kemble"), the ultimate holding company of Thames Water, to Aquila GP Inc ("Aquila"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiera Infrastructure Inc.

This acquisition will increase Aquila's effective interest in Kemble to 4.995%.
