The Company received notification today that a client of ISIS Asset
Management plc, Active Capital Trust, following the disposal of
4,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each on 9 January 2004, has an
interest in 16,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of
the Company representing 6.47 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company.
