TRAFFICMASTER ANNOUNCES TRACKING AGREEMENTS WITH NISSAN AND MAZDA

Trafficmaster Plc, the leading supplier of digital traffic information and
telematics services, today announces agreements with both Nissan and Mazda for
its Trackstar stolen vehicle-tracking product marketed as RAC Trackstar.

RAC Trackstar is the leading GPS/GSM stolen vehicle-tracking product in the UK,
providing 24 hour protection and enabling the motorist to track the location of
his vehicle, if stolen. If the vehicle is started or moved illegally, Trackstar
will immediately alert the national control centre and provide continuous
updates on its exact location. The control centre team will then work closely
with the local police to recover the vehicle quickly and safely.

Increasingly, insurance companies are requiring GPS tracking devices to be
fitted prior to insurance cover on a growing list of models of cars.

Nissan Motors (GB) Limited announces today that it has selected RAC Trackstar as
the only approved stolen vehicle tracking system for the Nissan 350Z.

Nigel Head, Accessory Product Manager, Nissan Motors (GB) Limited, commented:

"During our evaluation of the leading tracking systems, it was unanimously felt
that RAC Trackstar provided an advanced protection for our customers. Accurate,
real-time location information means that stolen vehicles can be pinpointed
within seconds. With the added option of 24 hour emergency and breakdown
support, RAC Trackstar provides a very competitive package."

In addition, Trackstar has been nominated as Mazda's only approved tracking
system for the recently launched RX-8 model. RAC Trackstar will also be rolled
out as an approved optional accessory across the entire Mazda range in early
2004.

Jeremy Thompson, Mazda Motors UK Limited Marketing Director, comments:

"With car crime on the increase, it is an obvious decision for Mazda to offer
stolen vehicle tracking to its customers. Having assessed all leading tracking
systems, we selected RAC Trackstar as it offers real-time GPS tracking that
monitors both location and speed at street level. We believe that RAC Trackstar
is the most accurate and responsive system on the market."

David Martell, Trafficmaster's CEO, said:

"As the most advanced vehicle tracking product on the market, Trackstar is
benefiting from the growing trend of insurance companies requiring GPS based
stolen vehicle tracking devices."
