Exercise of Warrants in Oyster Oil and Gas

Further to the announcement of 13 January 2017 regarding Gunsynd's investment of GBP125,000 in Oyster Oil and Gas ("Oyster") and the grant to Gunsynd of a warrant to subscribe for 1 million shares in Oyster at a price of CAD 0.27, Gunsynd announces that it has exercised the warrant in full at a cost of CAD 270,000 (approximately GBP165,000).

The share price of Oyster was CAD 0.48 as at the close of trading on 2 March 2017.
