PARIS--Dairy company Danone SA (BN.FR) said on Monday it has acquired an additional stake in Centrale Laitiere, bringing its total stake in the Moroccan dairy firm to over 90%.

Danone said it has acquired an additional 21.75% stake in Centrale Laitiere from shareholder Societe Nationale d'Investissement for 278 million euros ($348 million), giving it a total stake of 90.86%.

Danone took control of Centrale Laitiere, Morocco's largest maker of fresh dairy goods, in 2013.
