PRVCY Couture and Skee.TV Announce Plans to Expand Their Apparel Offerings Via E-Commerce and Online Content

Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announced today that its wholly
owned subsidiary PRVCY Couture, Inc. and Skee, Inc. have entered
into an agreement to work on an innovative and comprehensive
marketing campaign for the re-launch of PRVCY apparel e-commerce
sales as well as increase in overall brand awareness. Skee is a
multi-faceted media company specializing in content production,
marketing and online entertainment. The campaign is anticipated to
combine Skee.TV's online content, innovative marketing and high
quality video production capabilities with the PRVCY team's
experience in fashion and retail to create a one-stop e-commerce
destination for the PRVCY label target consumer demographics of 18
to 35. It is anticipated to bring thousands of potential customers
daily to PRVCY websites and deliver a significant boost to PRVCY's
highly profitable direct online sales.
