Bairnco Corporation Reports Denial of Plaintiffs' Petition for Rehearing in 'Transactions Lawsuit' Against Bairnco LAKE MARY, Fla., May 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bairnco Corporation today reported that on May 18, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit denied the plaintiffs' motion for rehearing of its April 9, 2004 decision that affirmed the U.S. District Court's decisions dismissing, in its entirety, the Transactions Lawsuit against Bairnco and all the other defendants. A Bairnco spokesperson said that the Company was very pleased with the ruling. The NOL Lawsuit was not addressed in these rulings, and that case is still pending.
