Zareba Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZRBA) announced today it has
terminated its proposed transaction that was intended to result in
the voluntary termination of the registration of the Company’s
common stock under the federal securities laws, and the Company has
withdrawn its related Schedule 13E-3 filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission. The Company’s Board of Directors has decided
to explore other strategic alternatives to enhance shareholder
value. In making this announcement, the Company stated that there
can be no assurance that the exploration of strategic alternatives
will have any particular result.
