The Company was notified on 1 July 2008 that Per Ragnar Thanner has increased his interest in Venteco on 1 July 2008 through the acquisition
of 233,000 ordinary shares, thereby raising his interest from 1,025,000 ordinary shares representing 5.53 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company to 1,258,000ordinary shares representing 6.794 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
