The  Company  has  been informed that Mr John C Green has  disposed  of  875,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company. As such Mr Green's share holding in the  Company
has been reduced to 4,125,000 Ordinary Shares (representing a 5.35% interest  in
the issued share capital of the Company).
