                                 Result of EGM


At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Lighthouse held earlier today, each of
the resolutions necessary to give effect to the proposed merger of Lighthouse
and Sumus Plc ("Sumus") was duly passed. Details of the merger were announced on
11 March 2008 and set out in documents sent to Lighthouse and Sumus shareholders
on 20 March 2008.


Sumus has convened meetings of its shareholders also for today. An announcement
of the result of those meetings is expected to be made by Sumus later today.


The date on which the merger becomes effective is expected to be 6 May 2008.
