Silverdell Plc (the "Company") 
Repayment of Barclays Bank Plc ("Barclays") facility and grant of a warrant 
Further to an announcement on 26 June 2009 noting repayment of a short term 
facility of GBP3.25m from proceeds of an equity placing, the Company today 
announces that, on 30 June 2009, it repaid a further GBP1.25m of its banking 
facilities leaving outstanding banking facilities of in aggregate GBP6.70m and 
an overdraft of up to GBP2.0m. 
Accordingly, pursuant to the terms of a warrant instrument dated 30 June 2009 
and a resolution of the Company's shareholders passed at a general meeting held 
on 15 May 2009, on 30 June 2009 the Company granted a warrant to Barclays over 
11,374,104 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company 
representing 7.5% of the Company's shares in issue. Each warrant is exercisable 
at a subscription price of GBP0.05 into one ordinary share until 30 June 2017.
