Silverdell Plc (formerly Bow Lane Capital Plc) has received notification that,
following the recent acquisition of Silverdell (UK) Limited by the Company (and
as part of the consideration they received pursuant to the acquisition) Daniel J
Spicer owns 2,227,587 ordinary shares, representing 6.92% of the Company's
issued share capital, and Daniel T Spicer owns 1,002,129 ordinary shares,
representing 3.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
