Directorate change 
 
The Board announces that Brian Nichols has decided to stand down from the Board 
and will cease to be a Director of Sceptre Leisure plc when he reaches 
retirement age on 30th May 2010.  He will however remain with the Company and 
over the next year his responsibilities will be assumed by others in the 
Lotteryking management team ensuring that his knowledge and experience are 
retained within the Company. 
 
Brian Nichols was a founder of Lotteryking Holdings plc, the initial company in 
the Group, from which Sceptre has evolved.  The Board would like to acknowledge 
and express its gratitude for his tireless effort and contribution to the 
Company's growth.
