Rambler Media Appoints Mikhail Efimov as General Manager of Its Online Display
Advertising Agency Index20 and Agrees Strategic Partnership with Video
International's Subsidiary IMHO

Rambler Media Ltd. ("Rambler" or "the Group"), a leading provider of internet
and media services to the global Russian-speaking community, is pleased to
announce the appointment with immediate effect of Mikhail Efimov as General
Manager of Index20, a full-service advertising agency within the Group which
currently handles all banner (display) advertising sales on Rambler Internet web
properties including Rambler.ru, Lenta.ru, ICQ, Price.ru and Ferra.ru.

Mikhail will report to Anna Znamenskaya, the Group's newly appointed Commercial
Director, and will focus on optimizing display advertising revenue generated by
Index20 for the Group. As part of his role, Mikhail will be involved in offering
advertisers innovative solutions to reach their target audiences.

Mikhail joins Rambler Media from Rasvero, one of the leading outdoor advertising
agencies in Russia, where his career evolved successfully between 1991 and 2007
from the position of Commercial Manager to Deputy General Director. Mikhail is a
graduate of Moscow Institute of Engineering and Physics and has a diploma in
nuclear physics.

Strategic Partnership

Rambler Media also announces that Index20 has agreed a strategic partnership
with ZAO IMHO VI ("IMHO"), a subsidiary of Video International Group, the
largest media advertising operator in Russia and Eastern Europe. Through this
partnership, Index20 authorizes IMHO to sell display adverts in close
cooperation with Index20 on Rambler's web properties in exchange for commissions
from Rambler Media. Under the agreement, IMHO will generate from 2008 a minimum
of US$14 million worth of advertising sales per year for Rambler Media. Index20
will also benefit from enhanced sales capabilities, systems and reach through
the use of IMHO's sales technology.
