RAMBLER MEDIA ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF NEW ONLINE GAMING PORTAL

Rambler Media, an integrated media company delivering internet, mobile and
television services to the global Russian-speaking community has today announced
that it is expanding its services through the launch in early 2006 of a new
online gaming portal focusing on the international Russian-speaking community.
The project is to be launched in partnership with St Minver, which offers gaming
solutions for blue-chip media brands. Other clients of St Minver include: Yahoo,
Virgin, Lastminute.com, Wanadoo, Gala, Sportingbet and Pokerheaven.com. The new
portal will offer a full range of classic games. Each of the games will be
branded and customised for the new portal. Also provided will be VIP management
and 24/7 customer support. The portal will be further developed to meet the
demands of internet players, with the ongoing expansion of the range of
available games and services.
