Bank Loan repayment

The Company announces that today , the outstanding balance of �2,500,000 has
been fully repaid from the �7,000,000 unsecured Revolving Credit Facility with
the Bank of Scotland expiring on 14 October 2007.Following this repayment ,
there are no amounts drawn down from the Facility.
