Max Property announces it has today been informed that on 30 June and 1 July 
2010, Freddie Cohen, a Director of the Company, purchased twenty thousand 
(20,000) ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 107p 
per share. 
 
Following this share purchase, his beneficial interest, including the beneficial
