The Company has been advised today that, following a sale of shares on 15 November 2018, Dr G Bereika no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.

In addition, the Company has been informed today that BMN Commercial Limited, following several purchases of shares on 15 November 2018 at 0.4 pence per share, holds 29,348,527 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 8.64 per cent. of the voting rights in the Company.
