Hardide plc, the developer and provider of advanced surface coating technology, announces that it has been notified that on 30 May 2018, Charles Irving-Swift, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 505,050 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.98 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr. Irving-Swift has a beneficial interest in 505,050 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
