following a purchase of 975,431 Ordinary Shares (date not specified), FMR Corp.
and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and
its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Mr Edward C. Johnson 3rd (Principal
Shareholder of FMR Corp. and Fidelity International Limited) have a notifiable
interest in 6,282,523 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.56% of the Company's
issued Ordinary Share Capital.
